We all know Mister touch-of-all. The pressure of our society forces us to do many things at the same time. With all the deadlines that must be respected, we should all know how to master the art of multitasking.
While this can allow us to complete many things, this constant juggling between several activities leads to stress and exhaustion. Learn to focus on one thing at a time. Not only will it reduce your stress level, but it will improve your productivity, because your mind will focus on only one task.
2. take a walk every morning
Walking is one of the easiest forms of cardiovascular exercise. Once our heart is driven, it releases hormones from happiness which makes us feel better.
To maximize the benefits of walking, start your day with a walk outside. Make it a daily routine in the morning. In addition to the benefits of walking, fresh air and nature will liberate your mind and give you new perspectives.
3. do regular sports
There is no doubt that one cannot live a healthy life without doing sports regularly. Apart from the fact that the exercise helps us to maintain or lose weight and decreases our risk of having diseases, it can also reduce our level of stress.
How can exercise do this?
The exercise produces endorphins. It is the neurotransmitters present in our brain that improve our ability to sleep and act as a natural analgesic which, in turn, reduces stress.
30 minutes of daily exercise improve fitness and have a long list of benefits.

6. have fun every day
Laughter is the best doctor. It’s free and very effective. Don’t be too yourself. Instead of making the head and being stressed every time you make a mistake, mock yourself. Having a positive and fun perspective will make you feel better.
Look for the things you like to do. We sometimes have to leave the work aside and immerse ourselves in activities we like to recharge our batteries. Surround yourself with people who know how to have fun. Life is too short to be spent in anger or stress.
7. start a creative activity
Fight stress by engaging in activities that meet your creativity. Sign up for a course in painting, music or an art class. Find a domain that really interests you and explore your creativity. There is no limit to what you can do if you open your eyes to your skills. If you can not be the next Mozart or Michelangelo, at least you have fun exploring your creative side.
8. spend time with family and friends
Family and friends are our support groups. They will be there with you in all the trials and moments of happiness. Spending time with them brings comfort and happiness. So every time you’re in a stressful situation, call your loved ones. You don’t need to go to a refined restaurant or do cool things together to relieve your stress. Even a simple call to take news will put you in a good mood.
9. remember to laugh
Happy people are less stressed compared to the unfortunate. Knowing laughter is probably the cheapest and most effective way to reduce stress. Watch a funny movie or video, read a joke or you can even laugh at yourself. Finding humor in any situation, even stressful, will certainly boost your mood.
